Description

The holiday complex has 3 apartments. Behind the entrance, you enter the communal hall with access doors to the 3 apartments. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen and a bedroom and is suitable for 2 people.

This cozy apartment is compact, comfortable, and well-equipped. You enter directly into the living room. Here there is a comfortable sofa and a nice armchair. The dining table and the open kitchen are located behind the living area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven with microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the usual kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a double bed and an integrated compact bathroom with shower and toilet. The washbasin is located in the bedroom. From the living room you have access to the terrace. The holiday complex has a terrace facing east and south. Apartment “B” has a south-facing terrace and offers two seating areas and a sunshade. For guests with pets, it is important to know that your terrace is part of the surrounding terrace. The terraces are not separated from each other.

The washing machine and dryer are located on the right side next to the entrance door. You share these with the guests of the other two apartments. You can park your car in the large parking lot next to the holiday complex.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

This unique holiday complex is located in the historic center of Huisduinen and close to the beach, dunes, dike, and sea, and is part of the cultural heritage. The building was recently restored and, by preserving authentic elements such as floors, high ceilings, and windows, has a unique appearance. From the apartment, you can easily reach the beach and various restaurants on foot. By bicycle or car, you can reach the supermarket, the nightlife "Willemsoord," and the center of Den Helder in 10 to 15 minutes.
