Our modern, spacious, and sophisticated holiday home "Sonnenkap" is located in Putgarten, not far from Cape Arkona, has a total living area of 110 m², a garden of over 600 m², offers optimal comfort for 5 guests and a small child, and is very high-quality and individually furnished. From the 38 m² living/dining area with five floor-to-ceiling windows and home cinema system as well as the 24 m² terrace, you can enjoy the view over the fields to the lighthouses of Cape Arkona and the Kosegarten Chapel of the fishing village Vitt. With our in-house sauna and the cozy, crackling fireplace, you can also relax optimally in the cold season and recover after a strenuous day at the beach or hiking. The two large parking spaces for exclusive use directly on the property in front of the door complete the picture. So that you lack nothing on your vacation, can relax and unwind in the best possible way, we offer you extensive and personal on-site service: from contact even before your arrival, personal introduction in the holiday home, 24-hour availability, to attention to detail or active holiday tips on site depending on the weather and your wishes – your relaxation and satisfaction are our goal and motivation! For comfort in the wellness area, there is a sauna and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. The sun terrace with teak furniture and a sun umbrella extends the living area into the garden. There you will also find a great beach chair, a large grill, a sandbox, and a lockable garden shed.

The north of Rügen is a natural paradise that can be explored on foot or by bicycle. Chalk cliffs, kilometer-long beaches, impressive brick churches, beech forests, and small harbor towns shape the landscape. Particularly charming are beach walks, where you can find hagstones, belemnites, and sometimes even a piece of amber. Also worth a visit are the World Heritage and Hanseatic city of Stralsund with the Ozeaneum, as well as Sellin and Binz with their spa architecture. Putgarten and Cape Arkona regularly have, according to the German Weather Service and the local measuring station, around 2,000 of the most hours of sunshine in all of Germany – accordingly, all seasons are equally suitable for a holiday!
