Villa Barbara is a modern Istrian villa with a private pool in the quiet residential area of Marčana, just a 20-minute drive from Pula and about 7 kilometers from the nearest beach. The property is ideal for guests seeking privacy, comfort, and proximity to the main sights of Istria.

This modern villa can accommodate up to six guests. It features three bedrooms (including a studio room), two fully equipped bathrooms, and an additional outdoor WC. The spacious living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the villa.

In the private garden, guests will find a swimming pool (8.5 × 3.7 meters) with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Further amenities include private parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Local restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance. You can reach the historic center of Pula with the famous Roman Arena in about 20 minutes by car. Rovinj and Poreč can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes.
