With the marvelous mountain scenery all our guests get the full value for their money. The foot of the Schmittenhöhe is literally in the front of your door. A modern bath room and a toilet can be used separately.We equipped the apartment with everything our guests need: We have one bedroom and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed on 40sqm for up to 4 people. Of course we provide central heating, a smart TV, free internet and parking in front of the house. Further we have a bike and ski storage in the bottom. The kitchen is also well equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our kitchen amenities. Reachable by foot: the Areit cable car (300m), the lake (600m), a super market (50m), the train station and the city center (though 2,5km). The golf course (1km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.
