Description
The detached holiday home has been completely redesigned inside: new modern fitted kitchen, two new bathrooms with rain showers (one additionally with Finnish sauna), two separate WCs, new floor coverings, new furniture. The garden has also been redesigned with a large waterside jetty, additional side roofing, new paving, planting, children's playhouse, etc.
Our holiday home is individually suitable for up to 10 people (max. 8 adults and 2 small children in bunk beds) furnished and, due to its location, offers a fantastic view of the water.
The living-dining room is equipped with a cozy all-around seating area, large flat-screen TV, internet radio with USB/Bluetooth, fireplace, and French doors to various terraces.
A fully equipped high-quality kitchen is available to you, with dishwasher, oven/microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and Nespresso coffee machine, etc. available. There is a washing machine in the room next to the kitchen.
Two bedrooms, each with an extra-long box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m), and the children's room with a double bed and a bunk bed are located on the upper floor. Furthermore, there is a bathroom on the upper floor with a rain shower, 2 washbasins with base cabinets, towel radiator, bathroom furniture, Finnish sauna, and a separate WC with hand basin. The fourth bedroom (also with an extra-long box spring bed) is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin with vanity unit, and heated towel rail. There is also a separate WC with a hand basin on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
The children's room invites you to play and dream. A children's table, toys, books, Lego, etc. make children's hearts beat faster. The children's play tower with slide and swing and the toys in the large and fenced garden will be conquered by your children in no time.
Outside, you can enjoy the view of the water from a spacious terrace with glass wind protection. Another quiet spot with sun loungers can be found on the jetty by the water. The spacious side storage room in the garden can be used for storing bicycles, handcarts, or a grill.
The holiday home is centrally located, approx. 100m from the park's own supermarket/restaurant/children's entertainment and only about 700m to the beach.
