Description
Our Muggelstuuv in Dorum-Neufeld on the Wurster North Sea coast is a holiday apartment with 36m² of living space, bedroom, living-dining room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom, terrace and offers space for up to 3 people with a dog. Small but nice is the fitting short description.
The price-performance ratio is above average, discounts of up to 15% on the rent are possible. The apartment is perfectly located, there is very good tourist infrastructure, and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea is within walking distance directly in front of the dike. Dorum-Neufeld is not a place for hustle and parties; those seeking peace and relaxation can "slow down" very well here and recharge their batteries.
Dorum-Neufeld offers swimming all year round (North Sea, outdoor and indoor pool), cycling and (mudflat) hiking are possible all year round. In late autumn and in winter it can get quite windy (stormy weeks). A stiff breeze on the North Sea is definitely an experience, so let yourselves be properly blown about.
We took over the apartment in 2025, renovated it, and furnished it with high-quality new furniture. Here you can feel comfortable and relax. The bright and friendly living-dining area offers access to the terrace, a cozy sofa with floor lamp, solid wood table, and a TV stand with smart TV and internet radio. The sofa has a sleeping function and can be used as a second bed if needed. Games, books, and a guest folder are available. Of course, there is a free Wi-Fi connection. Even in bad weather, it is very comfortable here. The dining area consists of a solid wood dining table and 3 chairs. A high chair (Tripp-Trapp) is available free of charge, but must always be explicitly requested.
The new Nobilia kitchenette offers the highest quality, comfort, and functionality. For reasons of space, we have omitted a dishwasher and placed the large fridge-freezer combination in the dining area. The following appliances are available: stove (induction), fridge-freezer combination, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired.
As a starter set, we provide the following free of charge: sponge, dishcloth, dish soap and soap, toilet paper, and 2 dish towels.
The bedroom has access to the terrace. The existing roller blind can completely darken the room. The new solid wood bed 160x200cm is very comfortable and stable. The mattresses are new and the solid wood bedside consoles each offer a bedside lamp. USB A + C charging ports for a phone or tablet are available at the bed. A travel cot for children (free of charge) and a wardrobe are also available. Restful nights in a quiet environment guarantee a relaxing break. Bed linen can be booked (linen package). The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower (80x80cm), a washbasin with power outlet, mirror and shelf, a toilet, and a cabinet. A hairdryer and an iron are also available. Towels and bath mats can be booked (linen package).
In the hallway there is a wardrobe with bench (solid wood), umbrella stand, intercom, and Wolle the apartment sheep.
The terrace is covered and furnished with a table, high-back chairs, privacy screen, and sun lounger. Here you can enjoy the healthy North Sea air even when it rains.
In the outdoor area, there is a large bicycle rack for all guests and a dedicated parking space (approx. 20m) exclusively for guests of the Muggelstuuv. The nearby parking lot and the step-free apartment access guarantee a comfortable arrival and departure. The excellent tourist infrastructure and the fully equipped holiday apartment, directly from the owner, are optimal conditions for a relaxing, eventful holiday on the North Sea.

Our Muggelstuuv is located in the holiday area Dorum-Neufeld in a quiet side street on the North Sea between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. You can reach our well-kept apartment complex via the A27 motorway, exit 4 Geestland-Neuenwalde, towards Dorum and then towards Dorum-Neufeld.
Here you can relax, pursue numerous activities, or explore the nearby and surrounding area. There is much to do and see in Dorum-Neufeld:

Hi, dear guests, we have taken over the Muggelstuuv in 2025, renovated it, and furnished it with new, high-quality furniture. Since we were not satisfied with the performance of the rental agency we had commissioned, we have decided to take over the management and rental ourselves from 01.11.2025. We know from experience that choosing the right holiday apartment is not always easy. Often the descriptions are embellished, information is missing, the pictures are outdated, and the services offered are not optimal. We try to do better.
