A two-room apartment of approximately 45 square meters consisting of a living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, a double bedroom, and a bathroom accessible to guests with disabilities.

The farmhouse, accessible via a short dirt road, retains the authentic rustic look of an Umbrian farmhouse and has been divided into five independent apartments—studios, one-bedroom apartments, and a spacious two-bedroom apartment—dedicated to the alchemical elements of Sun, Moon, Earth, Fire, and Water. Each apartment is carefully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private outdoor spaces such as gardens or panoramic terraces.

On the lawn, just steps from the farmhouse, is the swimming pool with a furnished green area. A barbecue, parking, and mountain bikes for excursions along the Franciscan trails are also available. The property also offers food and wine experiences with a restaurant, DOP wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, in-villa chef service, and a pet welcome kit. The on-site farm produces excellent Umbrian wines and olive oils, enhancing the authenticity of your stay.
