Cozy two-room apartment of about 45 sqm arranged over two levels: on the raised floor, a bright living room with large panoramic window, fully equipped kitchen, and double sofa bed; on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Immersed in unspoiled nature and just a few steps from Assisi, the estate welcomes guests in a charming atmosphere among olive groves and vineyards, with a splendid view of the complex of Saint Francis. The farmhouse, reachable via a short dirt road, retains the authentic rustic character of the Umbrian countryside and has been divided into five independent apartments – studios, two-room, and a spacious three-room apartment – each dedicated to the alchemical elements Sun, Moon, Earth, Fire, and Water. Every accommodation is carefully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private outdoor spaces such as gardens or panoramic terraces.
On the lawn, just a few steps from the farmhouse, lies the swimming pool with a large green area, while a barbecue, parking, and mountain bikes are available for excursions along the Franciscan trails. The property also offers food and wine experiences with a restaurant, tastings of wine and PDO olive oil, cooking classes, private chef service in the villa, and a pet welcome kit. The on-site farm produces excellent Umbrian wines and olive oils, enhancing the authenticity of the stay. Friendly welcome, it is necessary to have a car is too far to go running errands and no public transportation. Large swimming pool where you could swim whenever you wanted. Centrally located for exploring Umbria. On arrival there did WIFI present!

The house was nicely located, very quiet area, really in the "middle of nowhere"!! Beautiful vistas and views of Assisi. The apartment "Terra" where we stayed was not well maintained and not clean!! The table had a large leaf that could be slid open, below are a lot of crumbs and filth of the previous tenants, dirty curtains, full of cobwebs ... No coffee machine, water had to be boiled with a moor on the fire - which was so dirty but that we jugs used to boil water ... The bathroom and room were located in a kind of "under" floor, very stuffy feeling. The shower cabin was very dirty in the crevices / corners. Only a very small window in the bedroom that because of the vegetation could not really open to put even more bugs and critters inside. In the bedroom, the slits and openings were on the cabinet doors with translucent tap closed and taped?? Eventually, we did start to realize why! Every night we have scorpions kill and remove both the bathroom and bedroom ... On the ground floor floor luckily there was a divan with SLEEP opportunity there, then we have good use of it. We certainly do not come back here and hope that this

A week Assisi is obviously too short to see everything. But with a good guide (that of Dominicus series!) You can find many. R nThe house high in the mountains provides the necessary rest to work. Everything you A nice place, quiet, beautiful scenery, spacious house. That we could not receive Dutch TV was not a disaster!
