Free parking spaces (no reservation possible) directly on site in Calle San Francisco (50m - 60m), with two entrances to the fenced complex. The complex is monitored by a security service and video cameras at key points.
A free dream pool—open from April 1st to October 31st as a communal pool (not a landlord service)—can be used with our pool card. It is the largest pool in Nerja—2 lifeguards are on site.

Location and surroundings of object
Nerja lies at your feet with 14 km of coastline. Numerous beaches and picturesque rocky coves await you. Cafés and bars offer refreshments, and restaurants with a diverse cuisine (including Indian, Arabic, and Mexican) invite you to feast and enjoy. The old town of Nerja is one of the most beautiful old towns in all of Andalusia.
Hiking trails lead from the holiday apartment directly into the adjacent Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park to magnificent viewpoints. Gorge hiking, mountain biking, mountain hiking, and nature experiences are especially popular in the transitional months. In the surrounding area, there are numerous amusement parks for families with children, so it never gets boring. Other attractions include the mountainous hinterland, which invites you to excursions, tours, and hikes with its old villages, the caves of Maro, and the Cascada de Maro (waterfall from the cliffs into the sea). Starting point for city tours to Ronda, Granada, Seville, Malaga, or Marbella offer variety. The "Caminito del Rey," a spectacular hiking trail over gorges and along steep cliffs, invites you to an unforgettable day of adventure. Two water parks are also nearby.

Beautiful vacation in a good location
We had a very nice stay in this vacation apartment. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment extends over two floors – there were two of us and we only used the upper area. The lower area is a basement and is rather cool in the colder months, but it must be very pleasant in the hot months. There is underfloor heating only in the upper area of the apartment. The bed in the upper area was comfortable and there were enough blankets for cooler days. However, there is no trash can in the kitchen (presumably to avoid pests) and also no traditional dining table, only bar stools at the kitchen bar. However, in good weather, you can eat very well outside on the terrace – the table at the lounge is high enough.
The location of the apartment is perfect for excursions or the beach. A bus also runs nearby, but we usually walked to the beach or used our rental car for excursions. Communication with the landlord also worked very well.
Overall, we had a very nice vacation and felt comfortable.

Autumn on the Costa del Sol
We have been to this accommodation for the fourth time. Therefore, we knew what a beautiful holiday apartment awaited us. We have spent the winter there three times so far. As always, everything was clean and tidy. The nice landlords always strive to further improve the condition of the apartment. This time we found a new XXL hanging chair and a new recliner on the lower terrace. Super comfortable! The good facilities and the beautiful location in the very well-kept holiday complex tempt us to escape the cold German winter here from time to time. Dear Klaßen family: "a heartfelt thank you for the good care."
