Description

The owner of this house is South African, so a small touch of Africa can be felt in this house. Warm colors, lots of sun, African pictures, ceramics, tiles. Large glass doors that let in the light and open up a wonderful view of the sea. Large living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Pool. BBQ.
On the upper floor you will find 3 double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom and another full bathroom with shower. From every room you can see the sea and the green hills. From the kitchen, you can see the boats leaving to go fishing. The Atlantic is right in front of you. Don’t forget your binoculars; sometimes dolphins frolic off the coast.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. In just 8 minutes on foot, via a newly cemented path, you reach the beach (steep). Nearby you will also find a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and cafés, marina. Funchal is about 30 minutes away by car. Several levadas start above the house, e.g. Rabacal.
