Description

The stone pine house "ALTE ZUHAUS" is located at 741 m above sea level, was comfortably and cozily converted into a holiday home with its own sauna in 2009 according to building biology principles, and has a completely fenced garden with a large terrace, which invites you to barbecue and play table tennis in summer.

The centerpiece of the bright, spacious living room is a wood-tiled stove with a hotplate and oven. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need for cooking.
Meals are eaten in the farmhouse parlor. Two bedrooms paneled with Swiss pine wood offer space for four people. You can relax and feel at ease in your own bathhouse with fireplace, tepidarium, Finnish and steam sauna, and a cozy balcony.

The wood paneling as well as the underfloor heating in all rooms create a pleasant indoor climate. Floors, bathrooms, and sauna are fitted with Italian marble.
