Description

As soon as you enter the villa, you will be welcomed in the most important area of the house. This area is important because you will spend a lot of time here.

On the right side you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to show off your cooking skills. To your left is a living room with a beautiful, futuristic, oversized window that gives you the feeling of being merged with the outside world while you enjoy your favorite movies and shows from Netflix in razor-sharp 4K resolution on a huge 65-inch display.

The center of the room is occupied by a hardwood dining table, so the kitchen and living room are connected, which brings the area together and completes it. The area is also controlled by a dimmable lighting system, allowing you to adjust the brightness of the room to your liking.

For those who can’t resist midnight snacks, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor, just a few steps from the kitchen, so you can easily steal food from your friends and family at night :)

If you go down the stairs to the “basement,” you will find another bedroom with its own bathroom. If you go up the stairs to the top floor, you will find 2 MASTER bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, which share a magnificent balcony where you can read a few books, relax with a few drinks, or simply enjoy the warm sunrays.

Two bedrooms are work-ready and offer a desk and a Wi-Fi connection with speeds of up to 40 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload. They also have their own satellite TV and a modernized French balcony, which gives the bedrooms a whole new dimension.

When you wake up in the morning and go downstairs, you have two options to start your day. Go into the kitchen and make yourself a coffee/tea, or go straight through the balcony doors and jump directly into a swimming pool. The choice is yours! After daylight fades and the summer night takes center stage, the entire property is illuminated by night lights, from the atmospheric balcony lights to the pool light, creating a calm and atmospheric ambiance. Not to forget, the house has many windows and glass doors, which add another layer to the whole night experience. Combine that with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and you have the perfect formula for ideal summer evenings.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Aria is located in the quiet village of Kringa, in the heart of central Istria. The surroundings are peaceful and rural, with only a few neighbors – mainly locals and other holiday homes – making it ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Although Kringa seems quiet and secluded, it is actually very well connected. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the coast and nearby towns such as Poreč and Rovinj in less than 30 minutes by car. This is how you enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxed nature and vibrant coastal towns within easy reach.

Only 50 meters from the villa there is an excellent local restaurant offering traditional Istrian dishes. A small grocery store with all the essentials for daily life is just 1 kilometer away. The surroundings offer an authentic insight into Istrian rural life: Nearby are farms that produce specialties such as prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, and wine. A small family winery just a few minutes away is a wonderful place to taste local wines and experience genuine hospitality.

For families with children, the adrenaline park is only 1 kilometer away. There is a zip line, swings, quad rides, a snack stand, and plenty of space to relax. Pets are also welcome there. For sports enthusiasts, a football and a basketball court are also available just 1 kilometer from the villa.

additional information about rental price:

- we charge 10 EUR a day for a pet (paid in cash on arrival)
- we charge a security damage deposit of 300 EUR per stay. The damage deposit is paid on arrival and returned on departure

At the time of booking, 10% of the total price has to be paid. The other 90% has to be paid 2 months before arrival.
