Villa Coridigo is a holiday house for 8+2 people located in Central Istria. Surrounded by nature, Villa Coridigo is a great option for escaping from big urban areas. If you decide on Villa Coridigo you will be first in a row and no one will block your view since it is situated on an elevated terrain giving you privacy while enjoying your dinner on a terrace in the evening, swimming in a beautiful pool afternoon, or waking up and bison a balcony with a nice country view.
This beautiful newly built Villa (2015.), situated on a raised terrain, is located in the small village of Kringa. It is perfect for guests who would like to escape to tranquillity and nature.
It has its own enclosed garden of 700 m² where guests can enjoy an outdoor pool of 26 m², a patio with sitting furniture, a barbecue, and a covered terrace near the kitchen. There is also a swing and small goals for the youngest.
Private, gated parking for three vehicles is also included. The total living area is 230 m² with two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the terrace, dining room, living room, bedroom with its bathroom, and one separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the balcony with a country view.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the village Kringa, a small place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. There are not a lot of neighbors around Villa Coridigo. Those that are are local residents and other holiday houses. Villa Coridigo is not on the main road so there are not a lot of cars passing by the house.
A great advantage of coming to Kringa on a holiday is that you get to experience life in rural surroundings in the heart of Istria, but also, because of its location, whenever you want you can go and visit the coast, bigger places and towns around, and most of them are under 20 minutes of driving. In other words, you get the best of both worlds
There is a great Istrian RESTAURANT just 150 meters from the house offering traditional Istrian food like boškarin goulash, beefsteak with truffles, pasta with truffles, and other specialties.
A small GROCERY STORE is 1 kilometer away offering the essentials.
There are a lot of FAMILY FARMS around producing local products like prosciutto, wine, cheese, olive oil, milk, etc. For example, the PROSCIUTTO producer "Pršutarna Dujmović" is just 1 kilometer from the Villa.
If you are with the kids, we recommend visiting "ADRENALIN PARK", located 1 kilometer from the house. They have a zip line, swing, horseback riding, quad driving, a fast-food stand, and tables with chairs to sit. Also, pets are allowed in the park.
The FOOTBALL and BASKETBALL court is at a distance of 1 kilometer away.
