To fully enjoy outdoor living and end the day with a dinner under the starry sky, the villa offers an illuminated pavilion as well as an adjacent barbecue area with a wood-fired oven – ideal for barbecues and homemade pizza. Nestled in nature and yet easily accessible, the villa is an excellent starting point to discover the authentic villages of the Marche region, local delicacies, and the beaches of the Adriatic.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to the stylish billiard room. From here, you can access the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen – both with direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet with a washing machine. On the first floor, accessible via an internal staircase, there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub and shower), another double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as a shared bathroom with shower.

Fratte Rosa is a municipality in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region. The small village, perched on a hill, is ideal for all who seek tranquility, authenticity, and beauty. Known for its traditional terracotta craftsmanship, each workshop tells old stories in which the local red clay comes to life in the skilled hands of the artisans. Fratte Rosa is also a land of taste with culinary and wine-making specialties such as the Favetta of Fratte Rosa, Tacconi (rustic pasta made from broad bean flour), extra virgin olive oil, and local wines. One of the most anticipated events of the year is the Festival of Favetta and Tacconi of Fratte Rosa (second Sunday in May), a celebration of the region's typical products. On the weekend, the village comes alive with tastings, live music, terracotta workshops, activities for children, mountain bike tours, and slow food walks that offer a deep insight into the local culture and flavors. In August, Fratte Rosa is transformed by the historical reenactment “Oh che bel Castello”: a journey into the past with torches, banners, craftsmen at work, and tastings of ancient recipes that revive the medieval soul of the village.
