Description
Villa Teo is located in the quiet village of Loborika, not far from Pula, and is suitable for up to 4+1 people. Ideal for a small family or two couples looking for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful setting, but with good transport connections. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are about 1 km away.
The villa is modern and functionally furnished. Inside there is a living room with access to the terrace and the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated into two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a television. One more person can sleep on the pull-out sofa.
Outside there is a private pool, a small slide for children, a dining table, and a gas grill available. WLAN and up to four private parking spaces are also available.
Important note: Next to Villa Teo, on the other side of the shared wall, is the identical Villa Mia, which can be rented together upon request if needed. The price is the same as for Villa Teo – ideal for larger groups who want to stay close together, but still with their own privacy.
