The holiday home, renovated in 2010, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home complex in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of its peaceful location by the water. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Zamárdi. The holiday home is situated on a 600 sqm enclosed plot with a lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The plot, the garden, the garden furniture and the barbecue are exclusively for guests’ use. Only the entrance to the property must be shared with the residents of the other house. The property is accessible on foot from two sides; on the other side there is only a small gate. Access is via a side street (tarmacked). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
