The detached villa is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its sunny, secluded hillside location. Ružići/Labin. The villa is located on a 1600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late September with a view of the surroundings). Counter-current swim pump, heating of the outdoor pool on request for €250 per week, available from 01/06 to 30/09.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate WC with washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is forbidden in the property.
