Atmospheric renovated apartment in the popular Capistrano Village in Nerja with a sunny terrace, sea view, and a garden. You have access to two large pool areas with several swimming pools and an outdoor bar. Even in winter you can enjoy a refreshing swim, as one of the pools is always open. Ideal for a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol for families with 2 or 3 children or with 1 or 2 couples. A baby bed and chair can be provided upon request. The child-friendly apartment has a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob, and fridge with freezer. The large sunny balcony with sea view is accessible from the living room via a large sliding door. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, and in the bedroom on the ground floor there is also an extra single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. The garden with lounge sofa is fully enclosed and can be reached via a bedroom or by stairs from the balcony.
The apartment is located in the picturesque and quiet Capistrano Village. It is a 15-20 minute walk from Playa Burriana, one of the most beautiful and enjoyable beaches in Spain. Within a 5-minute walk there are 2 large supermarkets (Mercadona and Carrefour), restaurants, and sports facilities. There is a bus stop 50 meters away. The bus takes you to the beach or the center for €1. There is free parking along the road.
We work together with a local company that takes care of the cleaning and laundry. In case of emergency, you can also contact them.
