Villa Olivia is a charming property that can accommodate up to 18 people and is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for comfort and tranquillity.
The villa is spread over two floors and consists of five completely independent apartments, four of which can be accessed from inside the villa via an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a large living room with sofas and a dining table;
- a fully-equipped professional kitchen with an oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher;
- a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower, also equipped with a separate entrance;
- a half bathroom;
- an apartment for 4 people, accessed via a separate entrance from the outside, consisting of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there are:
- 2 apartments for 4 people, each consisting of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds (suitable for children and teenagers due to the low ceiling height. This loft is accessible directly from the living room and has no separating door) and a bathroom with shower;
- 2 apartments for 2 people, each consisting of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on the windows.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and sink, located next to the parking area.
Located in a hilly position, Villa Olivia is surrounded by cultivated fields and olive groves, with a splendid view stretching from the rolling hills of the valley to the peaks of the Apennines. This unique setting combines nature, relaxation and privacy, while offering the opportunity to explore historic villages, reach the beaches and visit the region's must-see destinations.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden featuring a beautiful pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool, a gazebo houses a hot tub and comfortable sofas, ideal for moments of complete relaxation.
A large gazebo equipped with tables and chairs provides the perfect setting for outdoor lunches and dinners, while other corners of the garden offer additional private spaces, thanks to gazebos furnished with sofas, tables and chairs.
Near the pool, you will also find an outdoor kitchen complete with a barbecue, which is perfect for cooking with friends and enjoying the outdoors. The garden also has a play area equipped with swings, a slide, a table tennis, a table football, a trampoline and a small facility for fitness exercises.
The villa is accessed via an automatic gate and there is a covered car park with six parking spaces.

Villa Olivia is located near Corinaldo, in the province of Ancona, in the heart of the Marche countryside. Thanks to its ideal location, you can enjoy the tranquility of the hills without having to give up proximity to the sea. In just 15 minutes by car you can reach Senigallia, one of the most famous seaside resorts in the region, known for its “Spiaggia di Velluto” (Velvet Beach): golden sand, shallow water, ideal for families, as well as a lively seafront promenade with bike paths, well-equipped beach clubs, seaside restaurants, and vibrant venues. The elegant and charming old town is home to the Rocca Roveresca, the Foro Annonario, and numerous summer events, including the famous Summer Jamboree. The surroundings captivate with a charming hilly landscape characterized by historic villages, vineyards, and olive groves. Just a few minutes from the villa lies Corinaldo, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It delights with a perfectly preserved city wall, cobbled alleys, and medieval flair. In the surrounding area, visits to the charming towns of Jesi, the home of Verdicchio, Ostra with its intact medieval layout, and Mondavio with its impressive Renaissance fortress are worthwhile. Further north lie some of the cultural gems of the Marche: Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and cradle of the Renaissance, with its magnificent Palazzo Ducale and works by Raphael; Pesaro, a lively seaside and music city associated with Rossini, featuring museums, historic villas, and an elegant beach promenade; as well as Gradara, with its impressive medieval castle nestled in a perfectly preserved village. Among the sights not to be missed is the Riviera del Conero with its crystal-clear beaches, including Sirolo, Numana, and Portonovo. There, wild and untouched stretches alternate with beach resorts and seaside restaurants.
Exploring this corner of the Marche means having authentic experiences between tradition, culture, and local flavors.
