High above the sea, on the edge of the picturesque village of Mali Kosi, lies Villa Ananda, far away from mass tourism (No parties!). In the morning, a sunrise over the island of Cres and in the evening, the sparkling Rijeka in the distance. Filled with peace and tranquility, you can comfortably retreat to one of the 5 lovingly and high-quality furnished bedrooms.
In the very large, cozy living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen, a large panoramic window with a window seat invites you to read and dream. On cold days, a cozy fireplace in the living room and a separately installed sauna with sea view contribute to your well-being.
In summer, you can use the outdoor kitchen. A rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic views has been added.
For retreats and seminars, the snail-shaped seminar house with its special energy invites you to unforgettable moments. The accessible seminar house roof also provides extraordinary experiences.

From the villa, a charming footpath lined with fragrant herbs and offering a magnificent view of the sea leads you to Rabac – lovingly called the pearl of the Kvarner Bay. Along the lively waterfront promenade there are various cafes and beautiful coves with gently sloping pebble beaches. The Girandella coves are among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe. Labin sits atop a hill above Rabac and is a medieval little town with many studios, where one can feel an extraordinary sense of artistic existence.

Here is the translation to English: In the event of contract termination by the tenant, we charge a processing fee of 100 EUR. In case of cancellation within 6 to 4 months before the agreed rental period, we are entitled to retain 20%, within 4 to 2 months 30%, within 8 to 4 weeks 50%, and within 4 weeks 70% of the total agreed rental price. These costs do not apply if a suitable replacement is found in time or if official travel restrictions prevent the trip. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (not included in the contract).

An absolute oasis of tranquility - always a dream!
We have been coming to Villa Ananda multiple times a year for years now, and every time it feels like coming home. The tasteful ambiance of the house always delights us anew.
The highlights for us are the beautiful pool and the fantastic sauna, from which you enjoy an absolutely wonderful view – for us, no joke, the best view that Istria has to offer! The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and provide the perfect setting to completely relax and unwind.
A special mention goes to the property manager Silvio: His comprehensive care is simply perfect – incredibly attentive, yet wonderfully unobtrusive. One feels thoroughly well looked after.
We are already looking forward to the next time! Absolute heartfelt recommendation!

Dream villa with a magnificent view of the sea in a quiet, idyllic setting.
The villa is lovingly and luxuriously furnished down to the smallest detail, very well-maintained, and very clean. An ideal place to relax and recharge.
The infinity pool is the highlight in the beautiful garden with a spacious terrace.
Silvio's catering (brunch and dinner as a 3-course menu) was excellent.
I will definitely come back.

Wow
Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der wunderschönen Lage und dem stilvollen, gepflegten Ambiente. Alles war bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Die Villa bietet unglaublich viel Platz und verschiedenste Räume und Möglichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool sind einfach perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Traumhaft
Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und das sich jeder wohlfühlt gelegt wird!
Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls sehr angenehm – freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Sehr unkompliziert!
Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die wir ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen können. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Beautiful, a paradise, mega view!!!
I have been there 4 times and it is a dream there! An absolute power place with beautiful views and a view of the sea. The whole villa is designed with so much love and the balcony and the infinity pool are great for relaxing and unwinding. The garden is enchanting. There is a beautiful path to the sea. The location is super quiet and the kitchen is very well equipped. We booked Silvio for breakfast and dinner and were wonderfully cooked for every day. For the rainy day, we used the sauna with a sea view and enjoyed this great opportunity. It has a very relaxed atmosphere that this villa radiates. I definitely want to go there more often. There is nothing to criticize. A place of power and paradise! I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
