Description

The apartment "Aloha" in Residence Juliana 38 is located on the ground floor with a large sun terrace – partly covered – and a view of the dunes. It is fully equipped for 4-5 people with approx. 75 m². The furnishings are very comfortable: central heating with underfloor heating in the bathroom, bathtub and additional shower.
When you enter the house, you enter the modern and bright living room through the hallway. The living room features a Scandinavian vintage look and offers a spacious dining area with a view of the dunes of Julianadorp. The living room has two cozy sofas. In the living room, in addition to the comfortable couch and beautiful dining area including a high chair, you will find, among other things, a satellite smart TV, DVD player, and free internet access (Wi-Fi). For relaxing and sociable hours, a large selection of books and games is available to you. Adjacent to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, air fryer (hot air fryer), hand mixer, waffle iron, in addition to the coffee machine also a Nespresso machine and many other cooking utensils. From the living room you enter the partially covered terrace.

The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is on your right when you enter it. This stylish bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is located diagonally opposite the first bedroom. In this bright bedroom there are two single beds (90x200). Additionally, there is an extra bed (90x200) as well as a cot, which can be set up in either of the two bedrooms. Next to the second bedroom is the modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, large washbasin with illuminated mirror, and toilet.

Thanks to the central heating, the apartment can be booked all year round and also invites you to relax during the off-season with long walks on the beach to 'clear your head.' Afterwards, you might treat yourself to a nice cup of tea or coffee – in the lounge chair. You will see from the lovingly furnished interior that we ourselves enjoy being in Julianadorp and are constantly 'working' to make the apartment comfortable and cozy, so there is always something new to discover.
In addition to the amenities in the apartment, the house has a sunny, partially covered terrace and the car can be parked in a private parking space.
