When I made the reservation for this apartment, I specified that I wanted communication in FRENCH. I received emails in ENGLISH informing me about the possession of this apartment (ENTRY CODE, KEY BOX CODE). I did not understand your messages. I tried many times to contact you, but I never reached anyone on the phone during the recommended hours. You also tried to contact me; I could not answer at that moment, and you did not leave me a message to keep me informed. The dishes (pots, pans...) are not suitable for this rental for 2 people. Only 2 large stockpots. No small saucepan or small frying pan. I also want to point out a leak at the shower column when it is in the high position, and the adjustment of the shower door is not done correctly because water escapes from the bottom.
