VILLA PERUCCIO is a small, charming, and typical country holiday villa with a private pool near the town of Volterra.
At the foot of the ancient city walls of Volterra and only a few kilometers from Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, and the Etruscan coast, amidst the typical Tuscan natural landscape, the house is located on a fenced property in a quiet panoramic location. From the furnished portico of this beautiful natural stone house you have a wonderful view of the private pool and of the hills and valleys of this enchanting landscape.
A covered parking space for 2 cars is available on the property.
YOUR PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool with sun umbrellas and loungers blends well into the well-kept park and garden area.
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool area is fenced and is located on a lower level, about 20 meters from the house.
It is accessible via a staircase, which also leads to the house and consists of 12 stone steps.
The pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.60 meters, and is cleaned with chlorine.
Entry into the water is via a ladder. The solarium area is laid with beige ceramic tiles and offers sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and deck chairs as well as a cold-water shower.

ACCOMMODATION:
From the portico on the upper level you enter the living area, which consists of a kitchenette with a table for four people and a small peninsula, as well as the living area with two two-seater sofas and a beautiful corner fireplace. The living area is tastefully furnished, the light colors of the surfaces enrich the living room.
From this area you enter the sleeping area, where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined together), and a bathroom with shower.

VILLA PERUCCIO is located in a quiet area on a fenced property about 2 km below the southern outskirts of VOLTERRA, a medieval town with a historic center known for its Etruscan history and alabaster art.
In the "Centro Storico" there are many restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops – ideal conditions for a relaxed stroll through town and a stay with Tuscan flair.

The access road to the house is paved up to the gate entrance. In the vicinity of the villa there are three other holiday homes.
