This charming holiday home is located just steps from the water, offering partial sea views across a neighboring property framed by tall trees. The home offers two bedrooms equipped with two single beds and two bunk beds, all with adjustable electric bases for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Designed with accessibility in mind, the house has no door thresholds inside and only a small step at the entrance. It shares a large natural plot of 3,000 m² with a neighboring similar house, which is built adjoining and also handicap-friendly. A shared terrace with garden furniture on a hilltop is available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to four guests. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the property is situated in a tranquil summer house area. Electric heating ensures comfort during cooler days.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Vier Nächte hier verbracht und könnte nicht zufriedener sein. Jeder Tag begann mit Kaffee auf der Terrasse, bevor es zum nahegelegenen Strand ging. Die Anordnung war praktisch und man kam problemlos zurecht.
