The house is almost newly renovated. Everything you need is available. The location by the sea is sensational and invites you to linger on the large terrace that goes almost around the house. The house has a beautiful terrace and from there and the living room you can look out over the Kattegat, the living room, kitchen, the (master) bedroom and the bathroom are really nice, the second bathroom and the two smaller bedrooms are still functional, we loved sitting on the terrace and looking out into nature, many species of birds, squirrels, deer and rabbits come right up to the house, we could go for a great walk with our dog through the adjacent forest and were at the beach in 10 to 15 minutes,
