The house is almost newly renovated. Everything you need is available. The location by the sea is sensational and invites you to linger on the large terrace, which goes almost around the house. The beach is a bit further away for swimming. But that's not a big deal. A very quiet area with visits from deer and squirrels. Very close to nature. Recommendations: In Hals, the ICE & Fun with delicious soft ice cream overlooking the harbor. In Aalborg, the street food by the harbor. Frederikshavn can be easily reached by ferry to Sweden for a day trip. The North Sea beach is only 70 km away, where you can also drive and stay. The oceanarium in Hirtshals is highly recommended. You can also take a good look at all the bunkers from World War II on the Baltic Sea as well as the North Sea.

The house has a beautiful terrace, and from there and the living room, you can look out at the Kattegat. The living room, kitchen, the (parent's) bedroom, and the bathroom are really nice. The second bathroom and the two smaller bedrooms are still functional. We loved sitting on the terrace and looking into nature. Many species of birds, squirrels, deer, and rabbits come right up to the house. Through the adjacent forest, we could walk our dog nicely and were at the beach in 10 to 15 minutes. Recommendations: Our trips went to Skagen, Aalborg, and Saeby (very beautiful place). You can enjoy ice cream well at the harbor of Hals, and the restaurant Havkatten is really recommended. The small gallery Colours of Kattegat is worth a visit. Shopping is good at Meny in Hals, but there is also an Aldi and 365Discount to be found in Hals. Good hotdogs can be found at the Poelserbude in Oestergade.

Location, Condition, Amenities Recommendations: The holiday home is located between Hals and Hou. Both towns are easily accessible by bike, as there is a bike path. For southern excursions, you can use the ferry from Hals. The crossing takes only a few minutes. Tickets are available at the machine for 20.00 DKK for a bicycle.
