The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for use: barbecue facilities.

Selce. The holiday apartement is located on a 612 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Selce: dog beach, mini golf, fishing, diving, water sports facilities, boat rental, boat mooring each 350 m. Tennis 400 m. Horse riding in Tribalj 5 km.

Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), access to the balcony and wardrobe, bedside tables, table and chairs. Kitchen with air conditioning, dining area (3 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle, access to the balcony and crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, glasses and other utensils, kitchen towels. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, bidet, hairdryer, 2 bathrobes, window and towels, liquid soap, mirrors, toilet paper, bin bags, bathing caps. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
