The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet location. Available for use: barbecue facilities.

Selce. The holiday apartement is located on a 612 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs or music for children, iron and ironing board. Television reception via antenna, satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Contactless check-in/out and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Selce: dog beach, mini golf, fishing, diving, water sports facilities, boat hire, mooring each 350 m. Tennis 400 m. Horse riding in Tribalj 5 km.

Living room (16 sqm) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, radio, access to the terrace, and in the living room (16 m2) you will find a leather seating suite with recline function, single bed, TV (satellite/digital), radio and library. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), access to the terrace (garden furniture, 2 tables, 4 chairs, parasol) and the bedroom, 16 m2 in size, contains 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 table with two chairs and has access to the terrace (which is 25 m2 in size, furnished with 2 tables, 4 chairs and a parasol). Kitchen with air conditioning, dining area (3 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle, access to the balcony, and crockery, cookware and pan, cutlery, glasses and other utensils, kitchen towels. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, hairdryer, 2 bathrobes, window, and liquid soap, towels, toilet paper, mirror with LED lighting and magnification. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
