Sehr schönes Haus. Man kann einem entspannten schönen Urlaub in dem Haus genießen. Ein paar Tassen mehr wären schön. Komplett eingezäunt ist das Grundstück nicht.

The outdoor facilities (fence) need to be renewed. When standing in front of the house, it is not appealing. But inside the house, everything is great! It was very good that there were enough cabinets and storage options (also in the bathroom) in all rooms. Shopping facilities and the beach are reachable in a few minutes! It was a very nice vacation!

It would be nice if the property could be completely fenced (garden) so that when arriving with a dog, they can run around freely. Also, the gate to the driveway should be completely closed. Furthermore, a larger trash bin for residual waste would be necessary. If other tenants are in the house beforehand and the bin is already full, there is no chance to dispose of one's own trash.

Good day, we were very satisfied with the holiday apartment. The pictures on the internet matched reality. It was really nice and well-kept! We only have one request/suggestion. - Definitely extend the railing continuously on both sides from the very bottom to the very top. It secures children and seniors. PS: Grandma couldn’t climb the long bottom step to the beginning of the railing of the rest of the stairs by herself. And there is no barrier at the top right. But otherwise, everything was great.
