The property features a private saltwater pool with stepped access, air conditioning, a built-in barbecue for summer cookouts, and several equipped outdoor areas for dining or relaxing. Around San Lorenzo in Campo, you can explore numerous trails, ideal for walking or mountain biking, that wind through villages, vineyards, and olive groves.
A destination where you can be captivated by food and wine tours, discovering wineries, olive mills, and farm stays where you can savor local products and traditional regional cuisine.
The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV area, French sofa bed and dining table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry room. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms and one is a twin room with bunk bed, a toilet.

During the summer, the calendar is filled with events, many dedicated to gastronomy and local products. At the end of June, Grigliato e Mangiato takes place, a culinary festival; tasting of grilled meat specialties. On this occasion, live music and entertainment for the little ones. In July, sports enthusiasts should not forget the big tournament Torneo di Rioni, while in August the events vary, the Premio Lirico Internazionale Mario Tiberini, the festa della Crescia co le foje and Pizza in Piazza, the most anticipated event of the Laurentini. One of the best-known events during the Easter period is the Sagra del Castagnolo.
