In a monumental building from the 18th century, in the heart of the charming center of Medemblik, you will find ’t Havenhuys: a brand new Bed & Boutique where style and relaxation come together. Think: waking up with a view of the harbor, relaxing in the sauna or bubbling in the rooftop jacuzzi. The atmosphere? Warm, unique, and luxurious. Unwind and enjoy everything Medemblik has to offer – from beach to city life. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which one with a sunshower, and a separate toilet. It is the perfect place for families, friends, or teams who really want to connect – whether it’s for a family outing, a relaxing luxury stay, or teambuilding.
The space
Upon entering, you step onto two beautifully lit staircases that lead to the hallway where the sauna is located. The hallway gives access to the cozy living area and the rooftop terrace. The living area features a comfortable sofa where you can end your day with an evening of Netflix & chill. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a luxurious bar where you can enjoy a good glass of wine, and a cozy dining table with a view of the harbor. The kitchen is equipped with:

’t Havenhuys is located in a monumental building in the heart of Medemblik. Unfortunately, it is less suitable for people with disabilities due to the multiple floors and steep stairs. You can decide for yourself whether the stairs are suitable for children; they are not equipped with child safety features or a stair gate. Parking
In the center of Medemblik, parking with a parking disc applies. There is also free parking at the Westerhaven or in a parking lot a 2-minute walk outside the center.

Fantastic
With 8 people on a weekend away – and this stay was amazing for us! Super spacious, stylish, and even more beautiful than we expected. Perfect location and everything meticulously taken care of. Emi was a great host; clear and quick in communication. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

Dit appartement heeft alles!
Wat een geweldige ervaring in het havenhuisje in Medemblik! ✨ Vanaf het eerste contact met de huiseigenaar tot het moment dat we vertrokken, was alles perfect geregeld. Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we optimaal genoten van de jacuzzi, sunshower en sauna – pure luxe en ontspanning! Ook met onze baby was het superhandig: slechts één trap naar boven en alle slaapkamers op dezelfde verdieping. Het huisje is sfeervol, van alle gemakken voorzien en de locatie aan de haven maakt het helemaal af. We komen hier zeker terug! ??
