Sehr schön renoviert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind zu verbessern wie die Wasserhähne, der sehr schwache Wasserdruck der Duschbrause und evtl die Glastüren gegen Holztüren auszuwechseln (man sieht, sobald jemand in einem der anderen Zimmer das Licht anschaltet). Leider haben die Nachbarn oben drüber jeden Abend und jeden Morgen Möbel gerückt, was man lautstark hören musste. Ansonsten eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr gutem Bett und vielen Extras.

The apartment is very well equipped, has an excellent lighting concept, and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable, and the children (7 and 10) did too. The beach and Friedrichstraße are within walking distance. The multi-family house is not very appealing, but upon entering the apartment, that is forgotten.
