Very good location, apartment with a lot of charm and good service. However, it lacks a few things for the apartment to be top-notch. The cleaning is not great; it's not dirty, but you can see that it hasn't been done thoroughly when you look at the details (dust, cobwebs, fridge needs defrosting, etc.). It lacks a bit of light, several bulbs were not working. The bathroom door is broken, the handle comes off in your hand... A small outdoor courtyard is nice but could be cleaned a bit, and that would be great. Clarity on the amenities and their use is needed. There is a washing machine accessible but not included in the offer, and it wasn't clear. Plus, it's defective... A TV and an internet box are present but not working (also not included in the offer) and very little internet network in old Lyon. In short, huge potential, but a clear lack of maintenance, which is a shame; it would just take proper cleaning, replacing the bulbs, defrosting the fridge, repairing the defective appliances, and maintaining everything, clarifying what can or cannot be used, and it would be perfect!
