Villa Omo is located in Valtura, near Pula. In addition to its proximity to the sea, this villa offers an additional level of luxury in the form of more space and comfort, interior design, style, architecture and equipment. In this beautiful house and its pleasant atmosphere, you can experience the kind of vacation we all dream of - a vacation marked by carelessness and maximum relaxation.

The interior of the villa extends over 530 m² and consists of 2 floors. It is characterized by a pleasant and modern interior, and the design and equipment will satisfy even the most demanding tastes. On the ground floor of the villa you will be greeted by an open plan space consisting of a kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the indoor dining area overlooking the courtyard and pool. All rooms are air conditioned.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The rooms are located on the ground and first floor and each is equipped with a double bed, satellite TV, an additional sofa and spacious wardrobes. 1 bedroom has access to a balcony with a lounge area and views of the countryside.

The spacious and well-kept property with an olive grove is completely fenced and has all the comforts you could wish for. Enjoy the shade of a several hundred year old olive tree, be enchanted by the lovingly landscaped natural stone garden with traditional Mediterranean plants and enjoy the large lawn and pirate ship that will delight families with children. In addition to the large garden, there is a 76m2 outdoor saltwater pool and a special treat - a hydro-massage pool.

There will be no end to the fun and socializing in this villa. It is ideal for larger groups of friends or several families with children, and it also allows groups of young people to stay. The main asset of the villa is certainly the recreation room that can accommodate the whole group. Have fun playing billiards, table football or darts, or hang out by the fireplace playing board games (cards, monopoly, chess). Or sing and dance - don't worry, there's plenty of space. The villa also offers something for those who like a combination of recreation and relaxation. Inside the villa you will find a fitness room with exercise equipment and an indoor wellness area with whirlpool and sauna. We'll save the main star for last, but it's something that will catch your eye as soon as you step onto the property. From one of the bedrooms, a staircase leads to no less than an observatory, where on a clear summer night you can enjoy a view of the enchanting starry sky.

If you have time, explore the hidden beaches in the area, visit Cape Kamenjak or the historic town of Pula and its famous amphitheater, where numerous concerts are held on warm summer evenings. Be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park, which boasts an exceptionally rich cultural and historical heritage as well as a rich flora and fauna.
