This charming wooden holiday home from 1984 is situated on a large 1,050 m² natural plot at the end of a quiet side road, close to the water. The house features two bedrooms with one double bed and two bunk beds, plus an annex with an additional double bed. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Heating is provided by electric heaters and an air-to-air heat pump. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature with water, meadows, and forests nearby, along with an 18-hole golf course. The town of Hals is about a 30–35 minute walk away, where you can find restaurants, shops, and a lively atmosphere during the summer. There is also a local dog park nearby, popular with dog owners, though it is not fenced. Hals and the Bisnap area are popular year-round holiday destinations. In summer, Hals comes alive, especially on Wednesdays when the streets turn into a bustling market with many stalls and great deals. Outside of the busy season, you can enjoy peaceful walks along the beach and cozy times in the holiday home. With Aalborg just a short drive away, you can easily combine nature experiences with city visits.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
