Beautifully located cottage on the waterfront in Bisnap, only about 300 meters from one of the country's best beaches, where the calm waters are extremely child-friendly. The cottage has been continuously renovated and includes a kitchen that is open to the living room with an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove for cool spring and autumn days. The living room opens onto an east-facing morning terrace and a large, partially covered and screened south-facing terrace, where there is plenty of space for barbecues, quiet moments, and bright summer evenings. The house also has an entrance hall, two good bedrooms with a double bed and extra bedding, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bright bathroom with a shower and spa bath. There is also an additional small bathroom with a toilet and shower. The bunk bed room has access to a large loft, and there is a cozy alcove connected to the living room. There are no TV channels in the house, but it is possible to stream your own TV packages and streaming services via Chromecast. It is also possible to charge your car via the house's electric charging socket. Not available for rental to youth groups or tradespeople. Heat pump available.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house is super equipped, everything you need is there. The only downside is the TV. Here it is only possible to watch your own streaming services via Google Chrome; if you don't have any, it looks bad. But it works without a TV. The house has a sauna, which was locked, maybe it will be available for guests in winter? All in all, a great house, many terraces, many sleeping options, but there is little storage space for your own things. The 300m to the sea is correct, but you can't get to the sea there. You have to drive a short distance by car or bike to reach a swim-friendly beach.
