The location is a dream, across the street and to the sea. Right outside the door a good restaurant, bakery, supermarket a short walk away, and the city center is also reachable in a few minutes. The interior is high-quality and cozy, and you have pretty much everything you need. Unfortunately, the coffee machine is too tiny and the bed is a bit small for two slender people, but there are enough alternatives. All in all, highly recommended.

I will outline the events that occurred on January 1, 2026. We received approval for reservation 17D5B82K on December 31, 2025; they sent us invoices and conditions detailed in this document. The partial payment and the remaining amount would be made at the same apartment (these documents were sent by Belvilla). We arrived at the scheduled time to check in, we called the concierge and no one answered, and immediately I contacted the Belvilla representatives on their page via chat, I explained the issue we were experiencing, and at that moment an agent named Albert joined, to whom I had to explain several times and make him understand what was happening to me. After insisting, he told me that a property representative would contact us, and this never happened. I contacted them again and they gave me some phone numbers for a foreign line, to whom I also explained my case, and they provided me with some phone numbers for the owners or representative of the apartment. I called insistently several times and no one answered. We were in a frustrating situation because no one was giving us an answer, with the children nervous, not eating, and feeling cold. I called the foreign line again, and their response was that they do not take responsibility because they only manage from the outside. So, since it had already gotten dark (8:30 PM) and no one was calling us, we had to find another accommodation on our own. Mr./Ms. representative of Home ToGo, we wanted to have a worthy vacation without imagining that we would go through all this. We thought you were a serious company, but we were disappointed, and to this date, we have no answers regarding the incident that you have caused. You have no right to ruin a family vacation, and you must take responsibility for the consequences. I request that the payment be refunded, that they cover the total cost of the other accommodation, expenses for calls abroad, expenses we have incurred (gasoline, food), and all the damages and losses they have caused us; perhaps the last cannot be repaired with money, because the bad moment has only been experienced by my family and me.
