We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment "Rosy" in Pai and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation.
The apartment is exactly as described and depicted in the pictures – modern, tastefully furnished, and above all, really spotless. You can immediately tell that the apartment has been freshly renovated and is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was very well maintained, and we lacked nothing. Especially pleasant for us were the air conditioning, which was worth its weight in gold during the summer temperatures at Lake Garda, as well as the overall very good equipment of the apartment. The two bathrooms are, of course, a big plus for multiple people.
We also really liked the location in Pai. The lake is practically right outside the door, a small supermarket is right next door, and a restaurant is easily reachable on foot. At the same time, Pai is noticeably quieter and more relaxed than the larger towns on Lake Garda – exactly what we appreciated very much.
The contact with the landlord was also uncomplicated and friendly.
Our conclusion: A beautiful, clean, and modern vacation apartment in a great location. Everything was perfect, and our expectations were even exceeded. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the Rosy vacation apartment!

Very nice vacation
We had a very nice vacation in Pai. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, everything we needed was available. The pool area was very clean and well-kept. Roberto welcomed us very nicely; there was a bottle of wine and mineral water in the fridge for our arrival. In Pai, there is a small shop where you can buy the essentials, as well as several restaurants, which is very convenient since you can walk everywhere.

Beautiful apartment on Lake Garda
We vacationed here in Pai in August 2025. The apartment is freshly renovated and modernly furnished. Everything you need is there. Everything is clean and tidy, so you feel very comfortable. The pool area is well-maintained and always clean. (You have to bring the sun lounger from the apartment to the pool, do not use the loungers that are by the pool!!!) Right next door is a mini-market where fresh rolls are available every morning. A restaurant is also just 50 m away, in the town center there are still 2 restaurants that can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, which can be combined with a nice evening walk. For a bit more action, you need the car to the neighboring towns of Torri del Benaco 5 km or Malcesine 12 km. In Torri del Benaco, we often went to the beach, as there is also a beach bar. For daytime drives, you should plan a lot of time and have a lot of patience with finding parking. We were at Lake Garda for the first time and found the area very beautiful, would have liked to explore more.
