Our apartment in Torri del Benaco / Albisano

According to the energy certificate 95 sqm (Italian measurement). According to German Din Norm estimated rather 85 sqm
We rent our self-occupied vacation apartment in Torri del Benaco, district Albisano for a maximum of 8 weeks per year.
Torri del Benaco is located directly on the lake shore, the district Albisano is a small very original village with 4 restaurants, ice cream parlor, espresso bar and a small corner store.
As the crow flies it is 2 km to the lake, 4 km to Garda on well maintained roads and 4 km to the beach of Torri del Benaco
The apartment is located in the small residential complex Terrazza in Albisano . From the end of April to the end of September there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi available.
The apartment has a nice living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 190x80 in the other bedroom). Both bedrooms are connected by a balcony door with the terrace belonging to the apartment with morning sun.
The living/kitchen area has access to the west-facing garden used only by our apartment through a large window front.
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. No pets. Smoking only in the garden. No party!
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven and fridge-freezer. A coffee maker as well as an additional Nespresso coffee maker; kettle and toaster are also available. Pots, dishes and cutlery were purchased new this year. Wi-Fi, television and washing machine are also available. For especially hot days in the summer months there is air conditioning (sleeping area)
The apartment is furnished to a high standard, box spring double bed, high quality mattresses, Knoll leather sofa, a small work area in the Master Bedroom and a large garage with a ceiling height of 2.25 and a length of 7 meters. Therefore, in addition to the car, bicycles, strollers and roof boxes can be safely stored. From the underground garage, in addition to the driveway further away, there is a staircase that ends 25 meters in front of the apartment, ideal for loading and unloading.
The apartment key will be handed over to you either in Munich or directly on site
The apartment is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, bed linen and towels are provided. Towels for pool and lake have to be brought by yourself
On arrival you will find in the apartment some washing powder, 2 taps for the dishwasher and mineral water. In the apartment you will find tips for the beach, excursions, shopping, hiking, mountain biking and restaurants.
Bookings for 2024 are possible only from October 2023 onwards

The prices refer to an occupancy with 4 persons (maximum occupancy) including W-LAN, electricity, water, heating and a one-time set of bed linen, towels, dishcloths.
The final cleaning is included in the rent.

The apartment is located in Torri del Benaco, Albisano district - east side of Lake Garda.
If you are arriving via the A22 freeway, it is recommended to take the Affi exit.
The nearest airport is Verona.
By train it is possible to reach Peschiera del Garda; from there by bus or cab to Albisano

A perfect vacation
We were very happy to spend 14 days in the apartment for the second time and enjoyed the time and the great location in Albisano very much.
The apartment's amenities are top-notch - super mattress, good air conditioning, excellent kitchen equipment, and a spacious bathroom.
Additionally, there are super nice landlords who personally welcomed us on both vacations.
It was also great that the newly acquired key safe gave us the opportunity to leave very early in the morning while still being able to securely lock the apartment. In case of questions or problems (if there are any), the landlords can be easily and quickly reached via WhatsApp. Generally, communication is very good as they are German landlords - thus no communication problems. We hope we were not the last time in this beautiful and quiet apartment.

Dream vacation in Albisano
We had a dream vacation in Mrs. Schön's holiday apartment.
Mrs. Schön is a top host. We received continuous information about excursions, restaurants, and tips for the apartment before the trip.
On the day of arrival, we had a warm welcome for the key handover by Mrs. Schön's husband. The impeccably clean holiday apartment was a dream: great spacious kitchen, beautiful terraces, a super comfortable bed (rarely slept so well on vacation), cozily furnished with everything you need. A garage space in the underground garage and wonderful outdoor pools with a view of Lake Garda rounded it all off. The apartment was located in a very nice and quiet residential complex. We had the pools all to ourselves. Albisano was a cozy little spot with comfortable restaurants and was very easily accessible on foot.
We were lucky to meet our friendly host in person. The encounter was so warm, we were really happy about her visit.
This vacation will remain in our memory in a very special way, and we would love to come back.

A perfect vacation
We got to know Mrs. Schön as a perfect host. Before our arrival, we received extensive information about Torri del Benaco and the surrounding area, good restaurant and shopping recommendations, as well as detailed tips for excursions – compliments. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, and we greatly appreciated the personal handover. Albisano is a perfect starting point to explore Lake Garda and the beautiful landscape. Albisano has remained a lovely Italian village without mass tourism. We greatly appreciated that. Plus point: garage and pool.

Great holiday apartment, for a perfect vacation!
Simply move in and feel at home!
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in the very well-appointed and very clean apartment in Albisano.
There was nothing missing (the beds really have to be mentioned separately, as we rarely slept so well on a vacation).
The two pools (which we had to ourselves) were also very well-maintained.
Albisano was enchanting, you could easily walk to the town center with its beautiful market square from the apartment, or you could stay in the apartment's garden and enjoy a cozy evening.
Special thanks go to our hosts.
They were always reachable and gave us great suggestions for excursions and restaurant visits.
We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, clean apartment, close to Lake Garda.
We, two adults and two teenagers, stayed in Albisano for a week. It is practically the suburb of Torri del Benaco. Due to its higher location, you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
In Albisano, within walking distance, there is a small shop, an ice cream parlor, and several pizzerias. We personally found "la travernette" unbeatable.
The contact with the landlord was fantastic from the beginning. She gave us valuable information and tips in advance regarding shopping, restaurants, and excursions.
She was also available to us during our stay.
The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds cozy and soft. Upon arrival, we found water, homemade delicious jam, and a bottle of wine in the fridge.
For our boys, the two pools were the highlight. Despite peak season, we often had them to ourselves.
By car, you can reach many beautiful towns in the area in no time. You can swim in many places on Lake Garda or take a boat trip.
Verona is also easily accessible by car.
Overall, we had a wonderful week that went by too quickly. We will definitely come back to explore more of the beautiful area.
