Description

The holiday home "Landhaus Rolandseck" in Greetsiel is repeatedly described by our guests as a lovingly furnished country house. Here, time still moves at a different pace!

On approx. 100 m² you will find accommodation for up to 4 people, a large open-plan kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen utensils. Various types of tea are always available for you. In the adjoining dining room you can sit together sociably, or end the evening in the cozy living room with sofa corner, reading chair, television, and fireplace. In summer, the terrace with barbecue invites you to a barbecue evening.

The lower bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. A crib/travel cot is available for your toddler. Another toilet is also located on the upper floor.

From the living room as well as from the northern bedroom you have a direct view of the dike. It is only a few meters on foot to the dike. You can reach the small romantic town center and the harbor with its many shrimp boats on foot via the dike or through the residential area.

For a wonderful vacation on the North Sea coast, the holiday home "Rolandseck" offers you an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, a boat trip to the North Sea islands of Borkum, Norderney, Juist, or Baltrum. Experience the Siel villages with their small harbors and fishing boats, stroll along the dike or take a bicycle trip to the Warfen villages.

Dogs are welcome. The beautiful garden is largely fenced in, so you can let your four-legged friend run around off-leash here. Please note that due to the size and facilities, a maximum of 2 dogs can be accommodated. On site, our guest service will assist you, help with any questions, and gladly offer tips for excursions in the surrounding area.

The local spa tax is collected on site by guest services (not included in the rental price).

The local spa tax to be paid on site is settled directly by the service company and currently amounts to:
- Spa tax (adults 15.03.-31.10.2025) per day, 2.60 EUR
- Spa tax (adults during the rest of the year) per day, 1.30 EUR
- Spa tax (children 15.03.-31.10.2025) per day, 0.50 EUR
- Spa tax (children during the rest of the year) per day, 0.25 EUR.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply: - Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price, - Cancellation from 29 days before the start of the rental or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price. The cancellation notice must be given in written or text form. We recommend taking out separate travel cancellation insurance. The landlord is free to offer the property at a lower price from 29 days before the start of the rental period. If a replacement tenant is found and the property can be re-rented for the cancellation period, this will be credited towards the rental price. A processing fee of 35 EUR will be charged for each cancellation.
