The south-facing apartment is located on the ground floor. With only two steps above street level, the apartment is easy to reach. The living room also has a desk. Stereo system, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and telephone with its own number are available. You will also find Berlin literature and information material here.
Two guests can sleep in a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m), two more guests on a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00m). For different sleeping needs, there are two types of pillows and a memory foam topper for the sofa bed.
The apartment has sufficient storage space in cupboards and dressers.
Although the house is located on a quiet residential street, the ground floor facing the street is equipped with soundproof windows. In addition, you can darken the living room and bedroom as needed with the electrically operated shutters.
The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable comfort. Above the large refrigerator with freezer compartment, you will find an oven at eye level. In the area of the sink, there is a dishwasher. On the opposite side, you can cook to your heart’s content on a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners – just like at home. Dishes are available for 6 people.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a flat surface for showering. The tub is lowered for easier entry and exit. The floor of the bathtub is thus at the same level as the heated bathroom floor. The toilet bowl is mounted higher for more comfortable use by older residents. In addition to the 45cm deep front-loading washing machine, there is also a drying rack, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. In the warmer time of the year, the rotary clothes dryer in the yard can be used.

In the morning a visit to the Pergamon Museum, in the afternoon a walk through the extensive forests. The next day a paddle tour through Little Venice and in the evening to the theater. Relax in the beautiful forest and lake region of southeast Berlin and yet feel the nearby pulse of the capital. In 30 minutes at Alexanderplatz, in 40 minutes at Zoo Station. Friedrichshagen makes all this possible. Small-town charm at the gates of the bustling capital. The renovated house from 1874 is located on a quiet street not far from Bölschestraße, Friedrichshagen’s promenade and shopping mile. It is only a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn station, and you can reach Müggelsee in just under a quarter of an hour.
