Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat zu jeder Zeit alles gepasst, der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich und hat nach gefragt ob alles passt. Immer wieder gerne.

The house is really very beautiful and clean. The area was very nice and we had a great stay. The furnishings are practical, beautiful, and modern. It would just be good if, when booking for eight people, there were also, for example, eight wine glasses, etc. I found that a bit disappointing. Likewise, there were only seven chairs in the house and on the terrace, but one was brought to us immediately upon request. Overall, highly recommended.

The holiday home was very nice, although unfortunately not everything worked. The caretakers do their best. Unfortunately, the jets and the light in the whirlpool did not work. The caretakers tried to fix it and gave us 2x wood for that. However, it still did not work. It was usable even without the two functions. Wood costs 10€ per box / about 2 are needed to get the whirlpool warm. The heat lasts a really long time. We felt very comfortable in the house, even though there is still a lot of room for improvement regarding the furnishings. (Toothbrush holder to place the toothbrushes, scissors in the kitchen, foot mat in the entrance area, a heater or similar to dry wet items, etc.) The landlord was very accessible and also very cooperative regarding arrival and departure times. The house is very centrally located, and you can reach the Predigtstuhl in 2 minutes by car and all activities in St. in less than 5 minutes. Englmar.

Unfortunately, contrary to the description, there was no balcony. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. After we cleaned ourselves and covered the stain on the mattress, we were still able to have a nice vacation there.
