This detached villa at MarinaPark Residentie Bloemendaal is entirely dedicated to space, comfort, and privacy. Bordering the green Landgoed Vogelenzang, surrounded by nature, and with dunes and the coast within easy reach, this villa serves as a stylish base for a relaxing stay in complete tranquility.

Light, refined, and comfortable

The large windows create an open, bright atmosphere and enhance the sense of space within the home. The elegantly furnished living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a generous dining area, and an open kitchen with high-quality appliances. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with integrated extractor hood, a combination oven, and a dishwasher, inviting you to enjoy long dinners or a quiet morning.

The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, both furnished with two single box-spring beds, a TV, and ample storage space. Upon arrival, the beds are carefully made for you. Each bedroom features its own luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin, ensuring optimal comfort and privacy. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

Being outdoors in silence and greenery

Outside, you experience the tranquility and green character of the estate. Here, you naturally unwind, surrounded by nature, with space to start the day peacefully or end it in a relaxed manner.

Die Lage des Hauses B7. Angenehm, dass man mit dem Auto bis an das Haus fahren kann. Die Anlage insgesamt war sehr gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Die Gestaltung der Gärten um die Häuser sehr schöne Anpflanzung. Die Einrichtung Wohnraum und Küche und Bad sehr gute Qualität.

Luxe accommodatie(airco, badkamer in elke slaapkamer) op een mooie plek, waar vanuit vele plaatsen met de fiets of auto te bereiken zijn.

Hallo liebes Team. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei euch. Das Chalet ist sehr schön, die Ruhe ist idyllisch. Das einzige ist die Sauberkeit. Wir hatten zwei kleine Hunde dabei die nicht Haaren und kein Fell verlieren. Und wir sind selbst auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Leider waren auf den Kissen auf der Couch so viele Hundehaare, das kennen wir nicht, von den vorgängern leider nicht sauber gehalten. Vielleicht einfach Mal absaugen. Ansonsten würde ich jederzeit wieder bei ihnen buchen. Ganz lieber Gruß ein großer hollandfan
