I really enjoyed the cottage. There were many good amenities and a nice atmosphere. However, we booked the cottage for the jacuzzi. However, upon arrival, it turned out to be broken. After that, I had a conversation with the person in charge at Dormio in the park at that moment. I did not find that conversation very service-oriented. I was referred to you where I made the booking. I then filed a complaint there. I was told I would hear back the next day. It's now 4 days later and I haven't heard anything at all.
