Discover the perfect getaway in our modern holiday villa "New Modern Villa with SeaView", located in Pomer, Istria. This impressive accommodation offers 370 square meters of space for up to 12 guests and is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy the breathtaking sea view and experience unforgettable moments in an exclusive atmosphere. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, ideal for cozy dinners or relaxed breakfasts on the terrace. The spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a television invites you to linger. All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bed linen and offer optimal comfort.
Relaxation is provided by the private swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers. The garden with barbecue area is perfect for sociable BBQ evenings. Additionally, you can relax in the in-house sauna. A balcony, another terrace, and ample parking spaces are also available.
The villa is air-conditioned and, in addition to a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, also offers a baby cot and a high chair for our little guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation, and we are happy to accommodate long-term rentals. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the villa.

Dream vacation!
We had a wonderful stay with our friends in this dreamy villa! The house is spacious and offers plenty of room with its six bedrooms – perfect for families or larger groups. In reality, the house looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. We were particularly impressed by the modern and high-quality furnishings: a beautifully furnished kitchen as well as a large living room. A special highlight was the pool table with breathtaking sea views. The outdoor area with the large pool is also stylishly designed and simply invites relaxation. Right by the pool is a large dining table where we ate together every day. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and furnished to a high standard – you feel at home immediately. The stay was truly beautiful – we can recommend the villa without any reservations!
