This pet-free cottage with a jacuzzi and sauna was booked with the idea of enjoying a few relaxing wellness days in peace. Upon arrival, it quickly became clear that the jacuzzi was not working and that the cottage was actually intended for dog owners. The dog hairs we found on the bed confirmed this. After contacting the reception, technical service, and Dormio, it turned out that they placed the responsibility for the shortcomings entirely on Belvilla. The handling of our complaint by Belvilla is still in progress, but it is now clear to me that Dormio is hardly reachable and quickly shifts responsibility. So far, my customer experience is poor, in any case. Although the way Belvilla deals with our complaint could certainly strongly influence my final judgment. Aside from the failure of the booked amenities, the cottage itself is good. Please keep in mind that the sauna is a mini one-person sauna that has been squeezed in next to the bathroom.
