This spacious holiday home can host up to 11 guests in 140 square meters of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. It consists of 2 separate apartments that can be rented separately if you don't need the whole house.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, clouds and natural landscapes that surround the house. The house is surrounded by a luxurious garden, where you can spend afternoons relaxing on the terrace or preparing a meal on the grill.
The interior of the house is comfortable and warmly decorated, with an emphasis on wooden elements that create a feeling of home. The old fisherman's house is located directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, in the Čerenje bay. The island of Pašman is only a 10-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru (ferries on this line run more than ten times a day). The house is located in an uninhabited part of the island of Pašman in the Zadar archipelago, there are no shops, restaurants or bars nearby. The nearest settlement is ten minutes away by car. Keep this in mind when planning your vacation.
The untouched beauty of nature will feed your soul, and you will surely fall in love with the enchanting smell of pines, olives, immortelle, sage and other Mediterranean plants! With a glass of wine, a good book, or in the company of loved ones, you will witness the most beautiful sunsets and the perfect starry sky! If you are a morning type of person, who wakes up early and likes to enjoy the first rays of the sun and hot coffee - the Old Fisherman's House is the right place for you!
As beautiful as nature can be, you must be aware that the house is located in an uninhabited part of the island and is surrounded by untouched nature, which means that you will not be quarantined like in an apartment in the city - be prepared to see small lizards, ants, bees, mosquitoes, spiders , insects because they are also inhabitants of the island. None of them are poisonous, but they can be annoying or scary to some.
