The house is located at the entrance to an authentic old Dalmatian courtyard in the heart of Ždrelac on the island of Pašman, only a few minutes away from sandy and pebble beaches. It consists of a ground floor, an upper floor and a gallery. Combining tradition and modernity, it offers excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday.
The garden area offers a pleasant ambience for sitting in the stone courtyard, surrounded by authentic Mediterranean vegetation and with a view of the flower garden, which is illuminated in the evening by numerous garden lamps. You have the option of using the deckchairs and benches in the shade of mimosas, mulberry trees and olives, as well as refreshing yourself with an outdoor shower. An additional surprise is the offer of a small stone house of 16m², called "čađavica", which offers the possibility of cooking on a large grill or in an oven, and where the prepared food can be enjoyed at a table for 5 people.
Excellent free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Gonet TV are available. There is a Marantz hi-fi system in the gallery. You have access to a lockable car park of 120m², which is available free of charge.

Sundial Stone House is located 300 metres from the centre of the village of Ždrelac, where there is a shop, a fish market, a restaurant, a café-bar and a church. The house is the ideal starting point for exploring all the places and beaches of the islands of Pašman and Ugljan from Tkona to Muline. You can visit the towns of Biograd and Zadar, which are connected by ferry. The Kornati, Paklenica and Krka National Parks and the Telašćica Nature Park are in the surrounding area.
