Top! Qua locatie: We zaten net buiten het seizoen. Dus lekker rustig.

It was a great time, business and leisure. The room is very comfortable and modern. The linen is clean and fresh as it should be. No comments. I really liked the design of the room, the large panoramic windows connect you with the environment. It is worth noting the ducks and swan that kindly communicate with you during your stay. In general, a great experience, except for some unusual rules, but they did not affect my impression of MarinaPark Residence. 5 stars!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A dream stay – we will definitely come back! We were here as a family with two children and are simply thrilled! The house is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! From the moment we entered, we felt immediately comfortable. Everything is incredibly lovingly furnished, beautifully maintained, and above all exceptionally clean! You can immediately tell how much heart and effort the owners put into this house. We felt completely comfortable from the first to the last moment. We really lacked for nothing, and the children also felt very happy. A huge compliment and a heartfelt thank you to the owners! It is truly not a matter of course to find a house in such a flawless, clean, and beautiful condition. For that, the hosts deserve the utmost respect and recognition! We departed with a huge smile, beautiful memories, and a small tear in our eye because we would have loved to stay longer. For us, it is already certain: We will definitely come back! Heartfelt thanks for this wonderful stay! An absolute recommendation for everyone who values cleanliness, coziness, and a loving home away from home. ️

We had a very nice vacation time at Villa Nautica and can highly recommend it. The villa is generously equipped, and one can also stay very comfortably here in less favorable weather. The beds were wonderfully soft and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. Those who like to cook might want to bring one or two additional preparation knives. The location was very quiet, especially at night. From 11 PM onwards, one is not allowed to drive onto the premises, and all neighbors have behaved very quietly. One can sit very well on the terrace with a view of the canal. The location is ideal for excursions to Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Leiden.

It is a very beautiful property, very quiet despite the apparent proximity to the neighboring house, the insect protection nets on all windows and doors (except the main terrace door) are great, and there is a flat TV in all rooms. The kitchen is also very well equipped. However, we also have 2 negative points. Unfortunately, there is no hook for a hand towel in all rooms with a sink (we bought 2 "suction hooks" at the drugstore). And the houses are unfortunately not insulated, so they heat up very strongly during the day, but thanks to the two air conditioners in the bedrooms, the climate gets back to normal.

Very good! The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished. The garden area is also great; here one could possibly consider building a small fence between the gardens. In the meantime, we had a visit from a stranger's dog. Overall, it is nice how the dogs are taken care of. An air conditioning unit was available in our house, but we could not use it without paying extra. Such things should actually be part of the standard equipment for this type of houses, even at a modern level. Additionally, one could possibly pay a bit more attention to removing all spiders, etc., from the exterior of the houses. Overall, it was really great!

The location is easy to find and yet quietly situated. Our villa was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. Although we arrived outside of the season, everything was clean. Since we arrived after the lobby's opening hours, there was no one personally on site, but all necessary information was sent via email before arrival. The barrier opened automatically, thanks to the previously provided license plate. Through the app, we were able to check in advance where our villa is located and find the place directly through the house numbers. Everything was already prepared in the property itself. There was also a starter pack with tabs for the dishwasher, coffee, cookies, and other useful everyday items. The villa was clean and cozy. The next morning, we were able to assess the exterior as well. The park is clean and well-maintained. At the villa, there is also an electric outdoor fireplace that can be controlled via a remote. All in all, a successful stay with potential for a repeat.

We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The lady at the reception was very nice and accommodating. She answered seemingly silly questions competently and confidently and also gave us valuable tips for walking our dog. The accommodation was very clean and the furnishings stylish and functional. The evening view was wonderful and very relaxing. We were able to recover very well from our stressful everyday life and will definitely come back.

Very friendly and helpful reception, the houses are very well-kept and modernly furnished, everything was perfectly prepared, the area offers ideal opportunities for trips to Amsterdam by car or train. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed Dutch hospitality very much.

Beautiful facility, quite new. The house was well equipped and maintained. The house was well equipped, nicely situated with enough distance from the neighbors. The location is very quiet, few children. The lady at the reception did a great job and refunded us for the unnecessarily booked mobile air conditioner.

The holiday resort in Loosdrecht is very nicely laid out. The bungalows are spacious and well-equipped. However, we missed an air conditioning unit, as the rooms heated up significantly on sunny days. Overall, we were really satisfied.

MarinaParken offered us a modern, well-maintained, well-equipped accommodation for a comfortable stay for 6 days. The location by the water, the beautiful landscape, and the friendly people provided us with a fantastic vacation. Loosdrecht is a lovely place from which one can quickly reach other great destinations. Thus, we were in Utrecht, Amsterdam, or Gouda in a short time.

- the incredibly hospitable reception - that could be communicated in German and very well! - the very modern house with the furnishings and a very beautiful outdoor area - that you were allowed to bring your dogs - the price-performance ratio!

We had a wonderful stay. The facility was completed in October 2023. Everything is very new. The houses are perfectly equipped. Uncomplicated arrival with late check-in is no problem. Very nice staff. The entrance to the premises also worked perfectly. Bakery and supermarket are not far away. Great garden at the house. Terrace with chairs, table, and generous sunshade. Those who like water will find it everywhere. Just 30 minutes from Amsterdam. The route is enjoyable and a good alternative to accommodation in the city. We really liked it. We will come back.

We had a very nice stay with friends. The accommodations are brand new! We booked two holiday homes next to each other. Everything went well. There was a lockable storage option for our bicycles. Everything is very well maintained. The location right by the water is very nice and there are many places to visit.

The holiday home was exactly as described. A quiet and clean facility. There was even a vacuum cleaner available. Fly screens were installed on every window, which we also found very pleasant. We would love to come back.

A very beautiful and well-maintained facility, very good location and nice atmosphere! We were there with family and were very happy to enjoy life on the terrace in the mornings and evenings. We would like to come back with the family, also sometimes with friends to fish. The reception is staffed during the day and is very accommodating. Nothing was missing, the furnishings of the houses are well thought out and well stocked. Through the modern furnishings and good lighting installation, one can make the evenings very pleasant. A storage room next to the house offers a very good opportunity to store everything from rods to bicycles. Thank you very much for your time!

The villa and the place are beautiful. The staff are very nice. Everything is clean and as in the picture. We were satisfied. The fireplace is only for decoration and never for heating. It was a disappointment, as we thought it would be possible to sit on the terrace. The construction site led to a doubling of the distance to reach restaurants or the city. But it was a nice weekend.

We were able to retreat and switch off, and despite many other guests, we could relax. The accommodation is very modern and lovingly furnished, and there is also no lack of cleanliness; it is almost clinically clean, which we appreciate very much. I would book the accommodation again at any time. Thank you.
