Top price/performance!!
We were on site with our family of four for six days. The cottage is incredibly cozy and lovingly furnished. One can almost feel that the owners also use it for their own family vacations.
The amenities are top-notch.
The service is absolutely high-class and friendly.
The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the swimming pool and 15 minutes on foot to the beach.
For teenagers, there is also Wi-Fi, Netflix, and the like. :-). For barbecue parties, there is a wonderful, very large garden and a terrace, perfect for spending a summer evening there with friends and family.
All in all, the perfect holiday home for families in every respect.

Best holiday in a special place
We truly felt at home in this home away from home ! Very welcoming house with beautiful brand new modern kitchen with all the amenities including dishwasher ? and 2 superb bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious one downstairs with a double bed and 2 more upstairs with 3 beds total. The whole upstairs floor is covered in brand new thick comfy carpet. There is a lot of storage space all over the house which was more then we needed but it is surely handy for longer stays. Being late in the season we needed heaters at night and there are plenty of those in every room, electric. There is a big stone terrace outside with all kinds of furniture and a really big green yard all around the property that is enclosed with a fence. The property is not in the first row of houses but in the back somehow which gave us great privacy and protected us from any noise that might have come from the main alley. It is also very very closely located to the great restaurant and the pool that are on the property. It also has a very convenient parking spot right outside the fence. Very well kept propert and community. Beautiful surroundings outside the community, 15 minutes very pleasant walk to the beach, 5 minutes drive to center of Bredene or De Haan. Thank you for a most wonderful time at your beautiful home, looking forward to our next time !
