The Dünenhaus has 60 sqm of living space,
a fenced garden and is furnished for 4 people.
There is a large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower tub and a separate toilet.
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm/2 mattresses 90x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200cm).
Suitable bed linen and towels must be brought along. The house has a heat pump that can be used as air conditioning in summer and as heating in cold weather.
A parking space for a car is located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The complex has a nice playground and a pool, which can be used from 15.6. to 15.9.
